Back in 2019, at 198lbs, I was right where many of you are today.

I was feeling completely lost, defeated, and trapped by my own habits. I weighed 198 pounds, hated my body, and had a dysfunctional relationship with food. I was caught in a loop of self-doubt and excuses, convinced that real change wasn’t possible for me. I thought I was destined to fail, stuck in my own negative beliefs, and unable to break free.
